Perennial experience in managing various telekom/power line projects. We managed radio network modernization project for Polkomtel in Poland (50 sites, 3 months, 6 internationl teams from 3 countries ), nation-wide 2G/3G/LTE swap projects for HT in Cro (over the course 2009 – 2015), hybrid power suply for VIP, CRO (24 solar panels mounted), major LTE modernization project for Tele2 (March – December 2015.), as well as few various lesser projects such as producing backup power-supply container for data storage and expansion of LGC InDoor system with NSN base station solution for West Gate shopping center, among others.
All these management activities helped us in gaining valuable management experience and made us ready for managing even greater and more challenging projects in future.
